We created this Discussion Guide for community organizers and facilitators to use as a resource along with the documentary when engaging members in group learning environments. Organizers who are speaking with members on police abolition, as well as community safety alternatives, can use the film to contextualize the organization behind the early Movement for Black Lives. The Unapologetic Discussion Guide includes a Director’s Note, protagonists’ bios, a resource list of partner organizations, and a key of major themes from the film that are highlighted.
